Signe Uhre Guldfeldt holds a Chem. Eng. from Aalborg University, an EBA from Copenhagen University and has several certificates as Lean Silver Sensei, PRINCE2, Project Leadership coach, Black Belt in Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and PROSCI change management.
Signe has more than 20 years of experience within compliances in program/project management and business optimization in the life science industry. She primarily gained experience in global, market-leading co-operations such as Novo Nordisk A/S, Coloplast A/S, Widex and Maersk Medical A/S. During her career, Signe has held several positions as Principal consultant, CVP cLEAN partner, Senior Lean/Process manager and Senior Program/Project manager in both R&D and Business Excellence departments.
During the recent 15 years, she has worked as a management consultant, program/project manager or as facilitator/trainer in NNE A/S, NNIT A/S and her own companies. She has been responsible for large R&D optimization projects with strong change management impact incl. optimizing governance, portfolio/resource prioritization, project performance, business analysis and decision support, dataflow handling and change management in complex environments and with strong organizational cultures.
Signe is always showing strong project/program leadership, delivering on time within scope, budget and expected quality. She is a strong process facilitator, motivated by being involved in decision-making processes, aiming to make them efficient and agile, to achieve a solid pipeline and engaged people in R&D. She has a deep knowledge and experience within Business Lean management and project management, which she combines with her holistic, pragmatic, and proactive mindset. This approach gives a positive difference in anchoring the changes and needed behavior/mindset after the implementation of optimization projects. Signe easily sees hidden opportunities and always strives for continues improvements; preferably while having fun on the way.
